Chef Jennifer Steele

FROM REAL LIFE INTO SECOND LIFE

Canadian Chef Jennifer Steele, currently residing in Canada's Wine Country - Niagara Region, is a REAL LIFE red seal papered executive chef and is now retired from running large establishments in RL but still does private chef and pop-up events. Attending the very top Culinary School in Canada, George Brown - where she graduated with honours as well as a diploma in nutrition management with honours and her sommelier certification, and then later venturing out into the world - she is classically trained in traditional French and Mediterranean cuisine and has won many awards for her French/Spanish fusion. She has worked at some of the very best restaurants in France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Egypt and throughout the US and Canada. Her current RL plans are to open a healing spa/fine dining B&B in Newfoundland in 2024.

In Second Life, in 2008, she introduced her culinary business Chef's House which caters to those who aspire to build and run cafes, restaurants and catering companies. 2021 she began to incorporate the Xeolife system into her food dishes.

Today, she has a modest  cafe that is her "personal baby" - Chef's House Cafe - where she works on new dishes and other things for food service in Second Life, and consults with better Second Life hotels and regions who wish to bring full roleplay cooking and food service to their customers and residents.

It doesn't stop there! Many people in Second Life know her as an acclaimed visual artist (she has a gallery as well in Second Life - The Jennifer Steele Gallery) featured on Lab Gab and Designing Worlds (2 time SLEA/LEA grant winner) and she is also an established award winning real life artist hanging in several Canadian galleries. If that isn't enough she's also a master scripter and builder owning 9 different businesses in total in Second Life.
